How do I get an agreement with a site?

You can obtain an agreement directly via the map in the Hub by opening Map in the sidebar and clicking on the desired site. If the offer applies to all fleets, click on View agreement offer and then on Accept agreement.

As a BGL member, you will also see offers that depot operators have published specifically for the BGL Charge community, often with a more favourable community tariff. Such offers are not specifically marked; however, the depot operator often mentions the community in the name of the agreement.

The tariff that the depot operator has set for the respective agreement always applies. Alternatively, you can also find the offers under Agreements in the Agreement offers tab.

The depot operator determines whether the agreement applies immediately. With Immediate acceptance, you can charge straight away, whereas with Approve requests the depot operator reviews your request first and then accepts or rejects it.

If the offer applies only to selected fleets and your fleet is not among them, please click Express interest and specify your intended use there. The depot operator will then receive a notification and can add your fleet or offer you a bilaterally agreed price.

Incidentally, this also works for sites that are still listed as Planned.

If the depot operator does not respond, it is best to use the contact details stored for the site, because there is currently no fixed deadline for the decision. Please note that you cannot charge at third-party sites without an agreement.
