When and how do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice once a month by email, sent to the invoicing email addresses you have registered for your company. Depotcharge issues the invoice on behalf of the respective depot operator, and each vehicle appears on a separate line, making it easy for you to allocate the costs.

Downloading from the portal is currently not possible. You will find the payment methods and the payment term directly on the invoice.
