Conclude a bilateral agreement with a fleet
With a bilateral agreement, you offer selected fleets individual conditions, for example a price of their own.
1.Prerequisites
You have the Admin role and have already created a site and a tariff with the agreed price.
2.Step by step
You create a bilateral agreement in the same way as any other agreement offer. For detailed steps, please see the article Add an agreement.
For a bilateral agreement, please select these settings.
- 1.First, in the top left, switch to Depot operator.
Then, in the sidebar, open Agreements and switch to the Agreement offers tab.
- 2.Click Add agreement in the top-right corner and enter a name under Name.
- 3.Under Fleet partner, specify who can see the offer.
- Selected fleets directs the offer only to fleets that you select yourself and is therefore the appropriate option for a bilateral agreement.
- Community fleets directs the offer to all fleets in the BGL Charge community.
You can use this option for a community tariff that applies to all BGL members.
- All fleets directs the offer to all fleets on the platform, which means it is no longer a bilateral agreement.
- 4.Under Acceptance mode, choose whether fleets can accept the offer immediately (Immediate acceptance) or whether you will first review each request (Approve requests).
- 5.Click Continue and, in the Tariff assignment step, select the tariff with the agreed price.
If individual sites are to have different tariffs, set a separate tariff for them under Individual site tariffs.
- 6.Finally, click Continue, review the details, and click Publish.
3.Result
The offer appears in the Agreement offers tab, and only you and the selected fleets see the offer and its details.
4.Note
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Because the tariff of an active agreement cannot be changed, create a new tariff and a new agreement for a new price.
