Enter VAT ID number

1.Prerequisites

You have the Admin role, and your organisation has at least one company. To learn how to create a company, please see Adjust the organisation structure.

2.Step by step

  1. 1.
    Click Organisation settings at the bottom of the sidebar and open the Companies tab.
  2. 2.
    In the row of the relevant company, click the pencil icon in the Actions column to open the Edit company form.
  3. 3.
    Under VAT ID number, enter your number.
  4. 4.
    Finally, click Save.

3.Result

The VAT ID number is saved and appears next to the company in the list on the Companies tab.

4.Note

Once the company has been created, you can no longer change its Country yourself. If an incorrect country has been entered, our support team will be happy to help you, or you can delete the company and create it again.

The VAT ID number of the country in which your sites are located is always entered. If you operate sites in a country other than that of your company, you will need a separate company there.
