Multiple RFID cards per vehicle

You can assign several RFID cards per vehicle.

1.Prerequisites

You have added at least one RFID card in your fleet.

2.Step by step

    First, assign each RFID card to a vehicle.

    However, you can also register multiple RFID cards for each vehicle.

  2. 2.
    Then instruct your drivers to use only the RFID card that is registered for the respective vehicle.
  3. 3.
    If you suspect that a driver has taken the wrong RFID card, please email support@depotcharge.com.

    To help us find the transaction quickly, please provide us with the date, time, site, and the card number or UID.

3.Result

Support checks in the logs which UID, that is, the technical number of the RFID card, was used to start the charging session.
